Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAE protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,537 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YWHAE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLOD4, CRK, and PAFAH1B1. Each is linked with YWHAE in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAE-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAE versus GLOD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAE→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
