Across TCGA cell cohorts, YWHAE RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,978 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAE-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of chromosome organization, and Centrosome separation. Each is linked with YWHAE in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAE-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAE results are reported.
