Across TCGA patient cohorts, YTHDF3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YTHDF3-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peroxisome fission, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, and Iron-sulfur cluster assembly. Each is linked with YTHDF3-AS1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YTHDF3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-YTHDF3-AS1 results are reported.
