Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YLPM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,445 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YLPM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, UBR7, and WDR5. Each is linked with YLPM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YLPM1-to-partner and partner-to-YLPM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YLPM1 versus SUPT16H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YLPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YLPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
