XRCC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,384 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA4, DHFR, and TSPO. Each is linked with XRCC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC4-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC4 versus HSPA4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
