Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,855 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XRCC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP3B1, LIG4, and TMEM167A. Each is linked with XRCC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC4-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC4 versus AP3B1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
