Q-omics provides the consensus-scored COQ10BP2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. COQ10BP2 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, COQ10BP2 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, COQ10BP2 RNA expression shows 7,386 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight UCS, BRCA, and LAML as cancer lineages where COQ10BP2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
