Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKRY RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 68 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XKRY-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cerebellar Purkinje cell layer formation, Endothelial cell-matrix adhesion, and Response to gravity. Each is linked with XKRY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKRY-to-partner and partner-to-XKRY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cerebellar Purkinje cell layer formation grouped by XKRY-low versus XKRY-high in STAD.
