Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XKRY RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated XKRY data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher XKRY RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XKRY expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCS, OV, and BLCA are the cancer types where XKRY RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
