XIST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,891 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX3Y, DDX3Y_S592, and EIF1AY. Each is linked with XIST in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIST-to-partner and partner-to-XIST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XIST versus DDX3Y in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.94.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIST→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
