Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,002 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XIST-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK2, POC1A, and DEPDC1. Each is linked with XIST in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIST-to-partner and partner-to-XIST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEK2 grouped by XIST-low versus XIST-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIST→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
