Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIRP2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,411 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XIRP2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are N-terminal protein amino acid modification, Positive regulation of intracellular transport, and Glycerolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with XIRP2-AS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP2-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, N-terminal protein amino acid modification grouped by XIRP2-AS1-low versus XIRP2-AS1-high in STAD.
