XIAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,448 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE4DIP, EOLA1, and C1GALT1C1. Each is linked with XIAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIAP-to-partner and partner-to-XIAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XIAP versus PDE4DIP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
