Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,809 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, CD99, and CDH11. Each is linked with XG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XG-to-partner and partner-to-XG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XG versus P3H1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XG→partner) and Y-score (partner→XG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
