XG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XG RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,929 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIP4K2C, FOSL1, and EPPK1. Each is linked with XG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XG-to-partner and partner-to-XG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XG versus PIP4K2C in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XG→partner) and Y-score (partner→XG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
