Across TCGA patient cohorts, XCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1E1P2, MIR3179-2, and SPEM1. Each is linked with XCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XCL1-to-partner and partner-to-XCL1 results are reported.
