XAGE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAGE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAGE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOXO1, RNU6-440P, and LINC00363. Each is linked with XAGE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAGE2-to-partner and partner-to-XAGE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOXO1 grouped by XAGE2-low versus XAGE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAGE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAGE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
