Across TCGA cell cohorts, XAGE1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,629 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XAGE1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, Nucleic acid catabolic process, and Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with XAGE1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAGE1B-to-partner and partner-to-XAGE1B results are reported.
