Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XAGE1B RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated XAGE1B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher XAGE1B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XAGE1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, THCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where XAGE1B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
