XAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 263 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR26, C10orf71, and ZNRF4. Each is linked with XAB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAB2-to-partner and partner-to-XAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR26 grouped by XAB2-low versus XAB2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
