WWOX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWOX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,156 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB1, MYOSLID, and KIF20B. Each is linked with WWOX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWOX-to-partner and partner-to-WWOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
