WWC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,884 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FLNA, ARHGEF17, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with WWC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWC2-to-partner and partner-to-WWC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WWC2 versus FLNA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
