Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWC2-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,519 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWC2-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL_Y822, ARHGEF17, and PPM1F. Each is linked with WWC2-AS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWC2-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-WWC2-AS2 results are reported.
