WTIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WTIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,117 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WTIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, DENND2A, and FSTL1. Each is linked with WTIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WTIP-to-partner and partner-to-WTIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WTIP versus MYL9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WTIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WTIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
