WSCD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,049 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WSCD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2, FERMT2, and CSTA. Each is linked with WSCD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSCD1-to-partner and partner-to-WSCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WSCD1 versus TNS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
