Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WSCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, CCDC134, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with WSCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSCD1-to-partner and partner-to-WSCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WSCD1 versus GCAT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
