Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WSCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P4, RPL30P12, and WDR76. Each is linked with WSCD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSCD1-to-partner and partner-to-WSCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22P4 grouped by WSCD1-low versus WSCD1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
