WSCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WSCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, p53, and cIAP. Each is linked with WSCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSCD1-to-partner and partner-to-WSCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by WSCD1-low versus WSCD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
