WSCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WSCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 667 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WSCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, OR10R2, and OR10A4. Each is linked with WSCD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSCD1-to-partner and partner-to-WSCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM7 grouped by WSCD1-low versus WSCD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
