WNT8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALBP1P2, RNU6-335P, and RNU6-429P. Each is linked with WNT8A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT8A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RALBP1P2 grouped by WNT8A-low versus WNT8A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
