Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-335P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-335P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-335P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Additionally, RNU6-335P RNA expression shows 9,179 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight ESCA, and LAML as cancer lineages where RNU6-335P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
