Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, OR9G4, and POTEB2. Each is linked with WNT7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT7A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by WNT7A-low versus WNT7A-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
