WNT5B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, eEF2, and GATA6. Each is linked with WNT5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT5B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by WNT5B-low versus WNT5B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
