Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBX2, ADAM30, and OR5B21. Each is linked with WNT5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT5B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBX2 grouped by WNT5B-low versus WNT5B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
