WNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDY3P, RNA5SP84, and RNU4-73P. Each is linked with WNT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT2-to-partner and partner-to-WNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDY3P grouped by WNT2-low versus WNT2-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
