Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WNT2 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher WNT2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, UVM, and COAD are the cancer types where WNT2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
