WNT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,623 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP7, BCAS1, and DBN1. Each is linked with WNT2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT2-to-partner and partner-to-WNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT2 versus MAP7 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
