WNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A1, S100A7A, and TAS2R60. Each is linked with WNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT2-to-partner and partner-to-WNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A1 grouped by WNT2-low versus WNT2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
