Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT10B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT10B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOMER2, ZNF711, and RBMS1. Each is linked with WNT10B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT10B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT10B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT10B versus HOMER2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
