Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT10B RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WNT10B data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher WNT10B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT10B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and COAD are the cancer types where WNT10B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
