Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT10B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT10B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, PKC-b-II_pS660, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with WNT10B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT10B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT10B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by WNT10B-low versus WNT10B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
