WNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR4, KRTAP4-6, and SPRR5. Each is linked with WNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT1-to-partner and partner-to-WNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPRR4 grouped by WNT1-low versus WNT1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
