WIZ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,267 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, E2F3, and HROB. Each is linked with WIZ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIZ-to-partner and partner-to-WIZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIZ versus MYBL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
