WIPI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,583 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGB5, SEC24D, and NNMT. Each is linked with WIPI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPI1-to-partner and partner-to-WIPI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIPI1 versus ITGB5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
