Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,514 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WIPI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR635, TFAP4, and KIF18A. Each is linked with WIPI1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPI1-to-partner and partner-to-WIPI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIPI1 versus MIR635 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
