WIPI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WIPI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,819 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTO1, CDK6, and DNMT3A. Each is linked with WIPI1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPI1-to-partner and partner-to-WIPI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIPI1 versus MTO1 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
