Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WIPI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WIPI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52K2, OR52K1, and OR10T2. Each is linked with WIPI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPI1-to-partner and partner-to-WIPI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52K2 grouped by WIPI1-low versus WIPI1-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
