WHAMMP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WHAMMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,089 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WHAMMP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPFIBP1, RAB23, and SERPINF1. Each is linked with WHAMMP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHAMMP3-to-partner and partner-to-WHAMMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WHAMMP3 versus PPFIBP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WHAMMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WHAMMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
