WHAMMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WHAMMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WHAMMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K1, SAA3P, and RPL7L1P11. Each is linked with WHAMMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHAMMP2-to-partner and partner-to-WHAMMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4K1 grouped by WHAMMP2-low versus WHAMMP2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WHAMMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WHAMMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
