Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WFDC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV3D-34, RNU6-739P, and RN7SL504P. Each is linked with WFDC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC5-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV3D-34 grouped by WFDC5-low versus WFDC5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
